is it only one fuse that controls the sound of the radio and horn and door sound

Your best bet is just to call the Jeep parts manager and ask him the question. He will know the correct answer right off the bat, and make sure to ask him where the fuse is located and what size. Sometimes I think the manufacturers like to hide them just for fun.
