Seller won't respond after accepting my price, has listed on craigslist! What's the deal?.

I sent the sellar (Gunnaran) a offer on a 2003 Jaguar x type which was
accepted! Since then he has not responded with contact info and has listed the
car on craigslist yesterday for 300 more than what I offered. What can I do, if
anything?  Thanks  JD

He listed it for 300 more than what he accepted on carguru, no phone just email...

Would you trust this person to give you an accurate description of the car when he has lied by not following through with the agreement? I wouldn't. There are a lot of good used cars out there you can get instead.
