My Acura TL won't move why

My 2005 TL Acura it's started to lose power and
just a minute ago I was driving it felt like I was
putting my foot on the brake when I wasn't it jerked
now I'm stranded on the side of the road it won't go
backwards forwards it'll go in every gear but it will
not move any suggestions please
