Climate Control Display

The Display of the Climate Control Unit is constantly flashing! Replaced the in car temp sensor last year correcting temperature issue. All MODE & TEMP functions working properly!! However, the display panel does NOT remain as a solid display! Anyone have any insight to this condition??
