Today, while driving my 06 g35x I turned on my headlights and all the lights all my dashboard and the displays for my radio and AC turned off. Is it a problem with the battery?

Most likely not. I would suspect bad wiring somewhere in the lighting circuit or possibly a problem with the headlight switch or interior lights dimmer switch if it has one. This is definitely one for a qualified mechanic.

Well i had my battery changed a couple of weeks ago. Could something have happened because of that?

Possibly. I can't think of any way that could've caused a problem unless your car has a security system. If that is the case, you may need to take it to a dealer.
