Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My mechanic at Jiffey Libe couldn't get to the transmission fluid check area.
Is that right?  Doesn't make sense to me

Jiffey lube doesn't have "mechanics". I would have gotten it serviced at an Infiniti dealership if available. Getting transmission service at Jiffey Lube may be asking for trouble.
