I took my mdx for alignment do to negative camber , and
they told they couldnt do it because the rear suspention
didnt had any adjustment .

Since the rear suspension is not adjustable in your car, you might be looking at a worn out suspension component. The most common one is the shock absorber. It might still be doing its dampening job but the rod might not be straight any more.
