Is a 2004 Saab 9-3 aero a good choice to purchase with only 44,000 miles on it or is Saab prone to all the bad reliabilty rap I hear from people?

I have had my car for almost 4 years, and other than a few little things, the car has been fantastic. I would buy another one in a hearbeat if the dealer wasn't so far away, as that is a bit of a pain!
