Turn signals don't work, but 4way does

It could be a bad signal stalk / clock spring or flasher relay.

Do the 4 ways and the turn signals share the same flashers or relays? Or are they separate?

Odds are the turn signal relay is toast.

Try replacing the relays first since its a cheap option. If that failes , you have to get it to a dealership to get it hooked up to the computer. Then it will be able make a complete error reading
