Check all connections at starter, if it all looks good replace the starter. Also try a little old school method, give the starter body a couple smacks with a hammer, if it cranks the armature is probably worn, replace the starter.

I gave it a few wacks. Was hoping to get it running myself before it gets towed to the shop this week. My positive termenal is faulty i think after repeatedly turning the engine over unflooding the engine. It melted the red rubber termenal tip. So remains loose. But today i attempted to jump start the car and the starter clicked rapidly and aggressive . Thanks for your insite . Im thinking new battery and starter . And if thatd a bust it looks like ill be paying for tow and professional repair
