Check the injector,s,then check and make sure you have fire at the 5 and 6.If you have fire, then you need to check compression on the two cylinder,s.

once i get the sensors off of the rail, any ideas on how to test if they are bad or not, or should i just test them with them on the rail?

Try cleaning inside the coils with brake cleaner , and take your spark plugs out and see it they have oil on them then clean them up ,if the spark plugs look out of gap then replace them.

Compression test will be your best bet ,go to your local mechanic or parts store for the fit.

Raihan, The compression test was done by a local mechanic who informed me that the two chambers (5&6) were not getting any compression. The plugs are new and have been gaped according to Jaguar specs, and the coil packs are OEM parts. The mechanic wanted to take the heads off to determine the problem, but i was trying to go a cheaper route before i let them do that. Any other suggestions? Or should I just let them tear it down?
