where is brake light switch

I have no brake lights on my wifes 2005  x type awd jag

Should be up close to the top of the brake pedal arm if you lay on your back in the floorboard and look for it you should see it. I'll try and post the diagram later today showing you where its at.

Hi, I need to refit my brake light sensor in my 2005 2.0D x type. Does anyone have any diagrams to help me position it correctly please ? Gerry .. Bristol U.K
