I just bought a 2002 jag x type 3.0 with 145,000 and  wondered when the fluid and filter should be changed if at all?

therefore bc i just purchased the car and dont know the maintenance history althought it seems to have been taken care of from the exterior and interior, changing the tranny fluid would be the best action?? will. do thank you!
