Truck will not start

I have a 2004 rodeo. Lights working , clicks when I
try to start but doespecially not start.. I made it to
work but right before I parked, my  radio shut off
and on, inside dash lights became dim blinking off
and on and yesterday the battery light and brake
light cane on.

Sounds like a bad connection in the starting system, bad batter cables, main power wires, Sounds like the starter is not getting enough juice. Not to say there could be a problem at or with the starter.

I have a 2003 isuzu axiom that wont turn over its like a rust noise and it also cut off while driving

    Also, when first starting I can let the car just 'roll' with no gas or breaks and the car will maintain its speed pretty good.
