Why does my right blinker stop when i push the brakes?

I have a 1991 Chevy corsica and when i put the right blinker on, all of the rear lights flash as if i'm tapping on the brakes. also when i push on the brakes, nothing flashes. I've checked all the connections, and nothing seems to be wong. help please

do you happen to have a wiring diagram that i could look at? also my left blinker works fine
