Question type: General

I was told that I own a 2006 GMC Sierra SLE xtra
cab short bed 4 door 4 wheel drive with a 5.3 l
engine, osh Wanda build. I was told this is a
Canadian build with no oil cooler lines and electric
fans 365 horsepower and it's built for the Canadian
utilities companies. Is any of this horse ship true.
This thing hauls ass and it has no boil cooler lines
but I'm curious, I know the Vin tag has the
Canadian number on it. But is this true about an
osh Wanda build.?

Yes, as far as I know, it must be the GM Oshawa plant and trucks built there have the 355 hp engine. But your truck could have been equipped with a bigger engine requested by the utility company.
