Is the wiper fuse and the wiper relay common to front and rear wipers

rear wiper switch lights on when switch is selected for either intermittent or steady but rear wiper does not move.  Front wipers both work normal when selected

Hi, spent a long time reading about faults and answers on the town and Country Chrysler, some one said, remove 15 amp fuse ( IOD ) FOR 2 MINUTES, IT IS NEAR THE TOP OF THE BOX,,, ACCESSORIES. I did that, then tried the rear wiper, after wetting the windshied and it worked perfect. Thank you
