My car wont start

Hello my car want start it's an 2001 Chrysler t&c
mini van and all the lights and horn works. But
when I started it want start up all the lights on the
dash and radio comes on. I can also put it in gear
but nothing . What is wrong I'm cold and ready to
go home been out here for four hrs already?
