Timing chain for a 2001 Chrysler minivan

I have a 2001 Town & Country minivan 3.3
V6 engine with 114K miles. Does it have a
timing CHAIN or timing BELT?  If a chain
and making no noise, do I need to replace
after certain mileage?  Thx!

It has a timing chain. and yes if it is making noise, you do not want it to jump time.

It is NOT making any noise. Just had oil changed. So, you think I'm good to drive can as long as not making any noise?
