starting after rain.

After or during a rain, starts every time, but if not driven enough to dry it out. It will not
start for like 2 days. Then it will start like nothing happened. Any Ideas.?

check if water runs down driver side cowl at wiper area to short harness connector in engine bay, if suspected, at least cover with duct tape to test!

I changed front brake pads, on 96 t&c brakes still sinks to floor,and feels like no brakes why?

break fkuid levels can be at fault . can be caused by leak in break line or brake cylinder and brake caliper cylinder . fluid levels should be topped off and breakline bled to get the air out. best with 2 people working on it
