Oil consumption 2007 camry

I have an 07 Camry 4 cylinder 2 AZ-FE
engine with over 167500 miles. I understand
that there is an issue with oil consumption
but i am afraid that my car is outside the
warranty. I see some people got there car
fixed for free because of bad piston O-rings
and seals. I keep adding about 2 quarts every
650 miles. I have a feeling that the dealership
won’t fixed it and it’s look like 5000 k out of
my pocket. It is still a good car run terrific just
have to add oil to it. Any advice you can give
me on how should I tackle this issue. Thank
you

167,000 miles would be out of warranty. You could rebuild the engine, install a used one or sell the car as is or for parts.
