I believe this relay is called out by Toyota as a C/OPN (Circuit Opening Relay). It's location I believe has been moved inside the vehicle on the left side under the dash. It is apparently "integrated" with other relays. The plug in wiring harness sometimes goes bad and a wire breaks feeding 12v to the relay in question. Interestingly...NAPA has a replacement harness. A 10mm bolt hold the various sections of this Fuse/Relay box together. I seem to remember you need to remove this bolt and drop the "box" to inspect the wires. Not really a job for the inexperienced DIY'er I assume your vehicle will crank over properly but will not fire up??.

GuruVQ92L. Did you ever get the problem fixed ? Where is the fuel pump relay , I'm having the same problem 2007 camry wants to almost start, actually it has started at times of I jump it with another car so I don't drain the camry battery because have to keep turning it over and move the gas pedal about half way down and after about 20 mins or might start sometimes it wont , I replaced the fuel pump cant believe I did this because the other one is good I jumped it off the battery and its working but did this after the fact because I really thought it was the pump , anyway it started a few times now it wont so I tested the wires to the pump and no power to the pump , should have one wire light up for about 3 seconds to prime pump but it doesnt do this, I think it was starting here and there because the relay still had some life left to it but now it's dead.. I think I found it under the hood in fuse box also it's the only one with 5 pins, I typed the number from the relay on google and fuel pump relay information pops up so I believe this is the one just dont want to pay 45 for another one if it's not that relay. Any help would be appreciated..

The 5 pin relay is the top relay in the engine compartment on the cover it says Fan no.2 , the reason I went to this one was because when I did a search on google this relay came up in the toyota site and was showing related to fuel pump .. I also just check all fuses inside of the car underneath dash and all fuses are fine and has power on both sides of the fuses. Did notice that theres a 7.5 fuse that has fuel opn on the legend plate which was fine .. the issue here is theres no power to the fuel pump

I doubt if the relay noted above is in the fuel pump circuit. When you indicate there is no power to the fuel pump...how did you determine that? Was the engine cranking? Which wire was being tested?
