Check all of your fuses first. Under the dash and under the hood. Could have blown one of those big 30 amp fuses which run a lot of different things. I know on the older mid 90's Camrys, there is a reset switch under the shift console. If you have an automatic, you will have to take apart the plastic around the shifter to get to it. If you had it towed to a dealer, I take it that they are fixing all the problems? Please see video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhXeGKypsQ0
