What's wrong with my 2007 Camry?

Hello, back in May I purchased this ‘07 Camry with about 105,000 miles. It
runs well and I hadn’t had any issues but back in August I got an oil change
and the guys at the garage also rotated my tires, and it’s had this grinding
noise. At first you could hear between the first and second gear when
accelerating or maintaining speed. But now you hear it on the startup, in first
gear, and in second gear. Can anyone tell me what this problem is. I went
back to the garage immediately and told them the car wasn’t making the
noise before, and they wanted me to prove that I didn’t mess it up after I left
and before I came back. If anyone could help me I’d greatly appreciate it.

Suggestion.....when you hear this grinding noise....on acceleration...carefully place the vehicle in Neutral and see if the noise goes away. Get back with results.
