My e3lectic hood latch stopped working how can I open the hood of my car

You are going to have to get on your back with a good flashlight and reach from the bottom and get your hand up underneath and release it manually i think you will need to push or pull to the right if you facing the car. Its going to be a pain just to get your hand and arm up in there, good luck...
