Insufficient spark

I been working in 91 1500 5.7 the truck doen not run ..I have spark from the coil to the dist.from the dist.to the wires is very insufficient spark till the point of no start...There is no much information about wiring diagram for the distribuitor..also I PULL the ECM check the connect #15pink wire go to the spark control module  a box is mounted top of the intake{left side}a have fuel pulse in the dist.but wont start... can I get some help about this problem...
