Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Small collision, replaced bumper, grille, radiator,. Was working when I drove
home from collision (radiator bent did not leak). Repaired some wires to
headlights and turn signals.  Now, any electric acitivity (open, close door,
ignition on, etc. starts all four turn/hazard lights to blink. The blink approx 30-
40 times then quit. I have unplugged every fuse one at a time. still does it. I
have unplugged both turn flasher AND hazard flasher one at a time, still
does it. The blinking sound coming from up high in the dash near radio/a/c
cluster, not down low where flashers are. ALSO- the starter quit working at
the same time. Checked the grounds, charged the battery. Looking for ideas.

Also, the LED dash lights indicating time and the lights indicating Heat/air condition flash brighter/dimmer while this is happening. 30 to 40 flashes then stops

Found the problem- There is a theft alarm behind the glove box. Made to blink lights, sound horn, and shut off starter. horn was unplugged so I just got the other symptoms. Removed an inline fuse and everything back to normal. Must have activated the alarm during the body work.
