I pulled my Distributor out now it off time

The professional way is to do it using a timer scanner. Some people are very good at doing it by ear, as long as the distributor cables are in the correct firing order. Start the car and move the distributor either way, slowwwly, and listen for the engine to give a balanced sound. Hope it works for you.
