i tried it in a 3800 v-6.. 89 Buick riviera. my seals were not designed to hold it in. main bearing seal was moderately leaky. you can blend in a quart with your normal oil to see how it goes. like 1 quart synthetic and 3.5 quarts regular 10w-30.
