Oil pressure drops to zero

Put in 5.7 vortex chevy motor 2016 a few
months ago oil pressure drop from 50 psi at
start up to zero after driving. A few miles

Does start back at 50psi when cold, may just be sender unit or its connection.

Well could be a sending unit, but it could also be something you better check out, could be oil pump? how many miles on it? could be main bearings? I have seen oil pump shafts Striped and spun inside the oil pump, you could install a oil pres gauge? that would be easiest and cheapest, is there any knocking nose when it is running
