Trying to remove driver side differential shaft won't
come out due to hitting the frame

Is there damage causing the issue? Or just can't maneuver it out? Hard to help without seeing but may not be ideal or readily available to you but use a cutting torch and just split it in half or do you even have it separated from the hub maybe remove the entire knuckle so it's out of the way, and you could hold engine up with a cherry picker lossen mounts and lower assembly slowly until you have enough wiggle room.
