Can I get some help with my truck that has a rough idle, almost like a miss and stalling.

Sounds like a tune-up is in order, spark plugs, check spark plug wires, cap and rotor. Clean up the throttle body, snug up the intake manifold bolts, clean the pentle of the EGR Valve and port.

I did all the tune-up things like spark plugs, wires, cow and rotor, was gonna see if the throttle body gasket was in good shape if not then replace it
