My C1500 truck will not start. Replaced Battery and Alternator can prime carb. but will not continue to run. Could it be the Fuel Pump Relay Fuse under the hood or the Fuel Pump?

You should be able to hear the relay pull in and the pump run when the key is turned on. Some of the newer GM cars have a Schraider valve on the fuel line to check pressure. I don't know if the older trucks have one.

A 96 has the schraider valve to check fuel pressure. But from the factory wont have a carb, its fuel injected. These are the vortec model, the spider injector could be leaking, or the fuel pump not working. A fuel pressure test would tell you whats going on
