My truck is getting fuel but not to the plugs. Any
thoughts?

Battery has a full charge and connections all good? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, engine cranking? Initial prime is one thing, but you need to check further. Are you missing anything else? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? I agree with Ed, not because he has 46000 whatever and I don't. Hello Ed.
