How do you remove the bolts from the air compressor?

As in the 4 bolts holding it on the bracket? You just loosen them with a ratchet. You may need a wrench for one because the ac line runs over it. You should be able to loosen that one enough to remove the compressor but the bolt will stay in the hole on the compressor unleas you remove the lines

The front pulley is blocking the bolts from come out. I notice the bolts have a flat side on the top for where they are suppose to slide past the pulley but not having any luck.
