The replacement trans 4l80e hydromatic
doesn't have park/neutral switch and shaft
to short. Can I change the shaft with the
original shaft from mine? And the
replacement trans tail shaft is two inches
longer  8 inches where mine is 6 inches can i
just change them out. And one more thing is
it ok to bolt a six bolt bell housing to a seven
bolt

I think I can still bolt it up the torch converter lined up with fly wheel. And I should be able to take trans filter off and replace the shaft for park/neutral switch. But as for the two inches difference.......
