2000 C3500 5.7 no power to engine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The door buzzer works a bit but sometimes very faint and I have buzzing relays, under the
dash, like its not getting the power they need. No power anywhere else in the vehicle. If I
turn the key I get nothing. If I press the brake or turn on the lights the buzzing relays stop.  
I am stumped.

Battery is fine, Just have no power to engine, head lights, turn signals, Radio, Ignition switch issue?
