I keep Blowing 4WD Fuses. Blows right away when I turn key on

Did you do any mechanical work that would pinch a wire?

there is a definate short in the system. Rather it's a power wire, or a short in the TCCM itself, idk

Unplug it and put another fuse in if it doesn't blow its probably the controller if it does blow its in the wires somewhere.
