My chevy won't pull out right?

When I go to pull out of my driveway
my truck studders and it will stall
changed the coil packs but don't
understand it

Still is not right after changing the coil packs? Does it fire up yet? Sounds like you need to check the fuel pressure at the Schrader valve. It should be 56 to 62 lbs.
