CAN YOU PUT A 350 IN A 1992 CAPRICE BASE MODEL???

Hey im D. i have a 92 caprice and it used to have a 305 tbi. i wanted to know if i
can upgrade to a 350 tbi, and still be able to pass emissions .... what would i have
to change or upgrade to be able to accompany the 350? ive already replaced the
computer and its chip along with the ecm and all the cars sensors, as well as
upgraded the injectors to the 350 injectors.what am i missing to be able to make
this car leagal?

did the 350 come out of a vehicle that passed emissions? If so, after changing everything over it should pass, may be put a bigger cat on it.
