If they are power windows and none of them work, check the fuses.

Why are the fuses blowin'? mechanism jammed in the 'on' position? Might want to check the motor to make sure it's not trying to go up and down at the same time...that'd do it.

If all the windows don't function, it is the fuse or power to the fuse box. Replace the fuse even if it does not look bad to check. It that is the problem and there is no more issues, then good. If it works then blows out again, start looking for shorts. Try to remember which window worked last before the fuse failed. That'd be the window to start at.

If it's just one window it will be your switch. Both check fuses.

If they are not electrical, turn the crank on the inside of the door.
