steering coloum is loose

steering coloum loose and moves like it should not move and car wont start
sometimes

This happens sometimes so you really need a professional to put it back the way it should be before you break something like the link rack inside the column. If that happens then it will need to be disassembled and cost a whole lot more to fix.
