1995 3.8 non supercharged Riviera cuts off randomly

ok ive replaced the ignition module with a ac delco unit, replaced the ecm, replaced the cam and crank sensor, all in a attempt to stop my riviera from randomly shutting off, usually as i stop but sometimes while driving, will usually crank right back up but sometimes have to wait hours before it will restart..any ideas ?

Maybe try using the spare key if you have one...I've heard that the chip in the key wears over time causing ignition to shut off.

Mass Airflow Sensor. If it only dies after its warm that is most likely the cause. Tap it with the back of screwdriver while its running lightly if it shudders or changes RPM its the cause.
