Transmission leak

Asked by Rocki Jan 30, 2016 at 05:28 PM about the 1999 Buick Regal GS Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello I have a 99 Buick regal gs (supercharge) a
few days ago it was leaking from the front of the
trans pan.  My mechanic replaced the trans filter
and gasket yesterday,  (not the pan) this morning I
noticed a small spot of red oil.  I crawl under the
car and notice it now leaking from the back of the
trans pan.  Any ideas of what this could possibly
be?

Check the bolts to make sure they are all tight. Do not over tighten.
