When I start my buick regal 1998 it run then turn
off I have to start it 8time before  it start

Try doing some simple things first check and replace air filter if dirty clean throttle with throttle body cleaner add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and change fuel filter filter if have not done so in awhile.
