how do I get the inside lights on drive and passenger side in back to go off while driving

After have car fixed, the inside lights do not go off while driving as they used to. After turing carr off, they do then go off.

How long after turning car off do the lights turn off? There are switches inside the doors that turn them on. The body control module will turn them off to prevent the battery from discharging fully.

Could also be the dash dimmer/interior override switch is turned up
