What do I need to check for my 96 Park Avenue steering pulling to the right?

I want to check for wear, ect in the car as it has a slight vibration and pulls to the right. I have rotated the tires front to rear without any real change. No sign of abnormal tire wear. Front tires are about 10K from new, the back have a lot more miles but still have considerable tread life left.

did you check pressures? if they are low, it will pull to htat side. Vibration usually indicates a tire out of balance. If the pressures are o.k., it may need a wheel allignment.
