My 2005 Buick leasable keeps shorting out ignition modules, what would cause it n how do I fix it

Are you buying a oem original part? Such as Delco.. Also check the wiring leading to the module. There are several modules so I am truly guessing you meant the ignition control module. Not the power train control module.
