AFTER MY CAR RUNS FOR A WHILE AND GETS HOT WILL BEGIN TO MAKE A LOUD WHINE/ HOWL TYPE NOISE. HAVE REPLACED CRANK PULLEY AND BELT. HAVE ALSO REMOVED BELT AND CRANK CAR AND STILL MAKES THE NOISE. HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PIN POINT THE SOURCE

My car makes whinning muffler sound noises. And startles when driving as if car wants to shut off while driving. And car engine light says service engine soon.
