How to replace fan resistor in '02 Buick Lasebre

Please give more details on your problem....if you are talking about the heat-a/c blower motor, you probably no longer have a "resistor" the newer cars have a blower motor module...they went high tech. As an example, her is a picture of the module in a 1993 Riviera..it is item #1
